Pureflow Ticketing is an enterprise ticket management system that provides ticket creation, routing, tracking, email integration, and analytics capabilities for organizational use.
3. User Accounts
- Accounts are created by your organization's administrator
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious content or files
5. Gmail Integration
By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Pureflow Ticketing to access your email for ticket-related communications only. This integration is governed by Google's API Services User Data Policy. You may revoke access at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pureflow. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the content you submit through the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pureflow Ticketing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
