• Gmail data (email metadata and content) when you connect your Gmail account for ticket-related email communication

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our ticketing services
• To route and manage support tickets within your organization
• To send and receive email communications related to tickets via Gmail integration
• To generate analytics and performance reports for your organization

3. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, we request access to read, send, and modify emails solely for the purpose of managing ticket-related email communications. We do not access emails unrelated to your ticketing activities. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only shared within your organization as necessary for ticket management (e.g., assigning tickets to team members).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your system administrator.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also revoke Gmail access at any time. Contact your organization's administrator to exercise these rights.
